When a little girl arrives, one often gets excited about dresses and bows and headbands and bouncing ponytails. Traditionally those hair ‘up-dos” need to wait a couple years, but not with Bitty Bows. When we were contacted by this designer, I was instantly struck with a sense of classic meets vintage meets a big old farmhouse in the hills of upstate NY type of feeling… Yes, that would be my upbringing & it is always so nostalgic for me to have memories of that bygone era… When life was simple.

So maybe Lisa Sheppard Pearson, the designer behind Sheppard Girl’s, isn’t from upstate NY, but I am guessing her town in Minnesota isn’t too different! Oh to find that most perfect newborn gift!
